Service was fast. I was greeted promptly. Timeframe for the repair commitment was met. I had to drop off my car and they were quick to get check me in and let me get on my way. As I was searching the web for a new car that would fit my budget, I came across the ad for the smart car and their current lease offering. The closest delership was RBM North on MacFarland. Mr. Lapina was attentive, receptive, funny and empathetic. Long story short, I am now in a smart passion and absolutely LOVE the car!!! Mr. Lapina has followed through with follow-up calls to see how I'm doing, if I have any additional questions or concerns, has offered additional help to learn all the ins and outs of my new car. I had visited 6 other dealerships prior to visiting RBM and can say my experience at RBM far exceeded my expectations.
