I first spoke with John Hazelwood about the specs I wanted in buying a used car. He mentioned that the next day his team was having its weekly sales meeting and he would probably know something after wanted in buying a used car. The next day by 10:30 AM, I received a call from John telling me that two cars were available that fit my specs. John told me that I'd be working with David Wang once I got to the dealership. When I got to the dealership a few hours later, David informed me that in his opinion one of the two cars would be the best fit for me and that it was also in excellent condition. He offered me a test drive to check it out. Before driving it, he reviewed all the features of the car as well as informing me about the upcoming maintenance that would be required within the next 6,000 to 10,000 miles. after driving the car, I decided to buy it. John Hazelwood got involved in arranging the financing of the car immediately. He reviewed that various options available to me. After we made the decision on the option, John got the financing arranged and had the documents set for me to approve. He reviewed each document prior to my signing and gave me instructions for taking care of insurance and licensing. After the car was re-inspected and detailed, David took me to the car to review the instrumentation and operating procedures. After that I drove away with my new car. The complete experience with John, David and RBM North was excellent and took place in just over 24 hours. They, individually and collectively, have a flair for providing good products and real customer service. They know their business and they work with and treat their customers well! More
First, the access to the dealership is easy and convenient. There is ample customer parking right in front. But by far and above the best part was the sales person with whom I eventually was paired, Rick Seltzer. He was extremely professional without being stuffy. He took the time to really understand what I "thought" I was looking for and then gave me a great deal of information and visuals to help narrow down from what I "thought" I wanted to what really made sense for me. He went way above and beyond with both his knowledge and time to help me with my purchase. Not once did I feel pressured. Though I arrived in my normal weekend work clothes of flannel and blue jeans, I was treated with respect and dignity. A far cry from what I experienced at other dealerships. Rick quickly helped me narrow down my choices to what fit what I wanted within the confines of the price I was willing to pay. Again, all without pressure. He found the car I wanted in a couple of minutes and delivered it within a couple of days. When I arrived to pick it up, all of the paper work was already completed and all that was left was to sign and go. Of course being the professional Rick is, he took much more of his time to thoroughly aquaint me with the operation of the vehicle and its features. As a first time Mercedez Benz buyer, I was truly impressed. After purchasing at least 11 other vehicles in our past, this experience was without question, the very best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. It was an extremely pleasurable experience because of Rick and I would not hesitate to track him down again for our next purchase. Many thanks Rick. I originally went to the website looking for the car. I saw one I was interested in and asked for the internet quote. I received an eamil asking me to call the sales person. I responded saying all I need right now is the internet quote which is what I requested. I got another email stating the same call me. The salesman never explained why he was not answering my question and he never picked up the phone to call me as a potential customer. Once I got to the dealership I made it very clear I did not want to work with someone who could not call his customers. I was assigned to someone else who was very nice but did not want to explain to me why the internet person was on my documents as one of my salesman. I have never spoken to or met the Nick person. He never came over to introduce himself to me but he made money on my business. This does not sit well with me. The GM never even addressed the issue after I explain to him what had happen. David Wang was great and very professional but evaded the issue with Nick as well. More

I bought a used truck from RBM North in January 2012. I was an out-of-town buyer, so getting a clear understanding of the used truck’s condition up-front was extremely important. Nobody wants to travel hundreds of miles only to find out that the “perfect” car wasn’t so perfect after all. To that end, Nick was extremely patient, helpful, and trustworthy. He essentially functioned as my eyes and ears in Atlanta and was very up-front about existing issues with the truck. We quickly negotiated a price and while the price was fair, I probably could have gotten a similar vehicle cheaper somewhere else. However, when you factor in the piece of mind of dealing with a trustworthy team of individuals and a trustworthy dealership and the level of customer service I experienced, it was well worth a few extra bucks. Once I got to the dealership, Joe took over and was extremely helpful as well. He took the time to explain how to navigate MARTA to get to the dealer and even picked me up at the MARTA station and drove me to RBM. He was also very helpful and knowledgeable during the test drive and inspection, even though the truck was not a Mercedes product. He even managed to set up the memory seats and Bluetooth without having to get out the manual. The car was clean, detailed, and fueled-up waiting for my arrival. Even though I had no chips left to bargain with (I had taken the bus to Atlanta and didn’t buy a return ticket!), Joe made me feel very comfortable and there was no pressure to leave with the truck that day…well at least no pressure from him…I was NOT taking the bus home! The oft-dreaded buying process was quick and painless. The truck was as-described and the price was as-promised over the phone…to the penny. I would highly recommend both Nick and Joe to any out-of-state buyer looking for that perfect used car. More
