Teresa never fails to provide the best attention to my concerns and requests. We recently drove down for a grandson's football game and noticed the car pulling. My 2002 S-500 that I purchased new 10 years ago, was having a problem with a battery discharge and a leaking trunk, that ultimately was found to be shorting the radio amplifier and causing the discharge having a problem with a battery discharge and a leaking trunk, that ultimately was found to be shorting the radio amplifier and causing the discharge. Theresa Cox, my service advisor, took control when I first brought the car in, and asked the shop foreman to come from the shop to review the problem with us. He arrived quickly, and went over the problem with me, at the car, in a very detailed fashion, which gave me confidence he would make every effort to find the problem in the the most economical way. Theresa stayed on top of the project, giving me periodic updates. While I had to leave the car there for an extended period, it was because they wanted to make sure the repairs were done right the first time, particularly with regard to the leaks. When I picked the car up and returned my loaner, I was stunned at how well the car had been cleaned. It looked just great, and the the repairs have proven to be done to a very high standard, and at very reasonable cost. I couldn't have been more pleased. At RBM, everyone I have had contact with the past several years I have been going there, has been totally professional, and truly interested in my satisfaction. I think Theresa Cox is particularly adept at getting to the core of a situation, and seeing that it is followed through. More
