I purchased my vehicle 8 months ago from RBM North. This is the #1 Mercedes Dealership in town. My salesman, Dave Olson, was top notch. She walked me through what to expect and how long my procedure would take. Teresa kept me informed of every last detail I needed to know before I was headed back on the road. RBM North is the best in customer service. They make your experience not only comfortable, but enjoyable. They provide comfortable sitting areas, refreshments and snacks for every patrons pleasure. I would recommend this store to anyone looking to either purchase or service a mercedes. You just never know who you'll meet! More
Can't say enough about my first experience at RBM of Atlanta - North. The service I received took a fair amount of time (a lot of manual work unfortunately) but Duane and the manager of the detail department kept me apprised of the status constantly. The dealership as a whole was extremely accommodating and I well exceeded the bar previously set by my Lexus dealer and their service. More
Had a bad experience in trying to buy a SL550 with another MB dealership. I then went to RBM North Atlanta to see if they had a SL550 used car. They did not but Adam Denault advised that they would another MB dealership. I then went to RBM North Atlanta to see if they had a SL550 used car. They did not but Adam Denault advised that they would find one that fit my description: 07/08 SL550 Black/Stone with Premium 1, low miles and in great condition. Adam advised they had found one and it would be in the dealership in a week and would take a few weeks to clean and certify. In the meantime I continued to look at SL550’s on the Internet and test drove one in Texas and Florida but waited to see Adam’s car in Atlanta. I went to see it “right off the truck” and was surprised at what good condition it was in without any cleanup. A few weeks later it was certified and looked in great condition except for some minor issues. Adam promised they would be fixed to my satisfaction and after we were able to reach a fair price I bought the car. I must say that Adam certainly went the extra mile to ensure their final detailing made the car look like new. Very happy with my purchase and very satisfied with my treatment from Adam throughout the sales and final delivery process. RBM North Atlanta final pricing was in line with the several dealers I negotiated with both in and out of state that had similar cars. More
First, I was a Infiniti/Lexus guy who had gotten used to many trouble-free miles on my vehicles and never owned a MB of any kind in my life. The MB Forums on the Internet are loaded with a plethora of service horror stories. When the "check engine" light occurred I thought "uh-oh" what did I just get myself into? Previous to my purchase, my wife and I flew to Texas to test drive a SL550. Funny that car just happened to also have a "check engine" light too and was the main reason we passed on that one. But Dan soon made me realize that my MB was a very sophisticated machine that solely depended on "warnings" to stay in proper operating condition. Next, I got the "RED" "STOP CAR" warning that really got me worried and almost had me regretting my purchase. However, Dan was able to rectify the situation, calm my worst fears and not utter those fateful words "it is not covered by your warranty". Finally, after we noticed our extra tan mats in the trunk went missing during one of the two service issues, without my asking, Dan immediately ordered new ones and had them for us without delay. In light of all this happening during the first two weeks of my ownership Dan single-handily enhanced my enjoyment of this automobile and tremendously reduced my stress level in owning it. More

When you add to this RBM’s loaner car program and my car being returned sparkling clean, why go anywhere else? More

The sales and service team are always looking after the customer. I owned a car dealership in Canada before I moved here, so I know how important customer service is. And I am a hard judge because of my background knowledge. I honestly can say , I don't know how you could improve your store. Dan Berry went out of his way to accomodate me. It is a happy enviornment and all the staff has a smile on their faces. That pretty much tells all-they are happy at their workplace. Continue the good work. PS And it's always nice to get a clean car back! More
After visiting a few dealers in the Atlanta area, my wife and I visited RBM-North to take a look at a 2008 CPO E-350 that was listed for a great price. We met Dave Olsen, who was exceptionally friendly and and I visited RBM-North to take a look at a 2008 CPO E-350 that was listed for a great price. We met Dave Olsen, who was exceptionally friendly and warm. He showed us several cars and explained the differences between them (styling differences, options, packages, etc.). We learned a great deal about MB that day and about RBM-North. We ended up not buying that day, but stayed in contact with Dave. We returned about a month later after we saw a couple of cars we really liked online. Dave was not available, but he introduced us to Scott, who was equally friendly and knowledgeable. We test drove 2 cars that evening with Scott, staying well past their closing time, and decided on a 2007 CPO E-350 Sport. We went home that Thursday, closed the deal the following day, and traded my wife's sports car for the E-350 on Saturday (which was a big deal for her). Dave made the car-buying experience very pleasant, financing was a breeze, and the new car "orientation" was much appreciated. This is our first MB product, purchased for our growing family, and we are most pleased with it. Even more so, we were very happy with Dave and Scott; never have we been treated so well at a car dealership. The downside is that I'm now very jealous of my wife's car; but when I get ready to buy my OWN E-350 in a couple of years, my first call will be to Dave and Scott. Thanks, guys. More

After hours of internet research for the right car for my wife we settled on the C-Class and on RBM North as the dealer we would start with. Upon arrival we met Joe Ydunate who gently and efficiently explained the car’s features to us and patiently stood by as my wife studied the color selections (which took as long as the test drive). When we settled down for the negotiation phase Joe and the General Sales Manager were attentive and forthcoming with information. Instead of my having to bring up the dealer’s advertised special lease terms, they were proactive in putting their special forward as an option. When I asked for lease details such as capitalized cost, acquisition fee, dealer fee, residual value, and money factor, the information was immediately provided. The purchase phase was well-organized and topped off with a detailed explanation by Diane of the basic operation of the vehicle, as well as of the many features such as the hands-free use of my wife’s cell phone. This was a class operation and we had an experience that far exceeded expectations. More
