We purchased our ML350 on December 14, 2012 and on December 16, 2012 we were informed that my father in law had passed. We would not have had the opportunity to drive to Pennsylvania to attend the funeral unless Steve had acted in such a timely and professional manner. Eight years ago I purchased my first Mercedes from Steve and loved the car so much that I could not give it up. This probably ranks us as Steve’s worse customer. I called Steve and asked him to keep an eye out for a super clean ML and the car he found exceeded my expectations. My family and I highly recommend Steve Edward as he is a true professional. Additionally, we do not have the words to properly thank him. If you are looking to purchase a fine automobile from a professional, my recommendation is that you call Steve Edwards. More

Unknowingly, we arrived a few minutes before closing. Our sales representative, Jerry Peek, never mentioned this and, instead, gave us the full treatment. He patiently showed us several vehicles and answered all of our questions. We could not test drive the vehicle we chose because they were closed. Jerry came in the next day, on his day off, so that we could test drive the vehicle. The negotiation lasted about 30 seconds and the deal was done! Jerry was very respectful of our time and made the process very enjoyable. Thanks Jerry!! More

Fulfilling my bucket list with a Mercedes I have always been a "buy American" kind of guy, but after years of hearing friends tell me how much they love Mercedes Benz products and what fabulou I have always been a "buy American" kind of guy, but after years of hearing friends tell me how much they love Mercedes Benz products and what fabulous service they get at RBM, I decided to trade my aging Eldorado for an MB. When you walk in the door of the RBM showroom, you are treated like a guest in someone's home, with the offer of a soft drink, water, and a snack. Kyrus Frames, the sales rep I have been hearing raves about for years, gave me the tour of the lot, cut me a sweet deal on a Silver 2010 E550C (much more trade-in allowance than I had expected on the old car....I can safely say that now!) When I spotted that car and was given the test drive, it was love at first sight. A minor issue developed after 3 weeks, and Kyrus had me in and out of the service department in one hour, and the work was done at no charge. I have received nothing but red carpet, 5-star treatment at RBM and look forward to many more years of the same! Peter S. More

I bought my Mercedes GLK350 from RBM for several reasons. The car was immaculately detailed and presented in its best condition. My salesperson, Gerry Modzelewski, was superbly competent and responded to all my existing and anticipated questions. He focused on education rather than sales and gave me the ammunition to make a sound unpressured purchasing decision. The test drive was complete with exposure to highway and city driving and concluded with a drive-by of the service department where RBM's service facilities were highlighted. I'll certainly be using them again and will be servicing my car as well as my wife's E320 at RBM. I have been completely satisifed with RBM and would recommend them without the slightest reluctance. A BIG SURPRISE!! I am a 56 year old "Lexus Girl" who visited RBM of Atlanta with no intention of buying a Mercedes. I knew Gerry Modzelewski, in my opinion their top I am a 56 year old "Lexus Girl" who visited RBM of Atlanta with no intention of buying a Mercedes. I knew Gerry Modzelewski, in my opinion their top salesman, from many, many years back when he sold me my first Lexus. Gerry went on to work for RBM of Atlanta and stayed in touch with me over the years. I chatted with Gerry and eventually looked at some cars. I test drove a beautiful gently pre-owned C-Class sedan and fell in love with it. Gerry's knowledge of the car was as outstanding as I expected but what I was not aware of were the high standards of the dealership. I was introduced to the General Manager who I could tell was very hands on with all customers. Gerry explained to me the extremely selective process these cars went through to be on the RBM lot. There was nothing on the lot that was not immaculate! Gerry showed me the service department and then I was sold. I found my new home at RBM of Atlanta. I encourage anyone who is just thinking (like me) about purchasing a car to visit Gerry Modzelewski. Gerry is low key, no pressure, totally knowledgeable and the reason I am driving my new car today!
