EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE I spent most of the month of May looking for my dream mercedes from surrounding areas such as augusta ga and charleston sc. However, I was not impress I spent most of the month of May looking for my dream mercedes from surrounding areas such as augusta ga and charleston sc. However, I was not impressed by the Augsta Ga location because I was told "we dont haggle with the prices", the inventory was very limited and although I presented the salesman with specifications of what I was looking for in a vehicle I was still presented with everything but what I requested. When I went to Charleston on the other hand, I thought the salesman was great but I felt I was being low-balled on my trade-in. My last stop was to RBM and I was amazed by the huge inventory. In additon, I worked with two GREAT salesman, Andrew and Rick and I was amazed by the fact that I found a newer model at RBM for a lesser price than one that Augusta tried to sale me and it also had leser miles. In additon, I was offered almost double for my tradein than Charleston dealership. I gladly tell everyone about my experience at RBM versus some of the other surrounding delerships. These guys are honest, professional but yet personal in their service. I absolutely love my car!!!!!! Thanks Guys!! You are the best hands down. More
Best Experience!!! I was in an extremely stressful bind with my previous lease. Initially, I thought there would not be a positive outcome. After meeting with Andrew and I was in an extremely stressful bind with my previous lease. Initially, I thought there would not be a positive outcome. After meeting with Andrew and spending 1 Saturday with him and the team at RBM, all of my concerns had been alleviated. Andrew was very personable, easy to talk to and very supportive. He was also very patient with me. The most enjoyable part is that he was not overly aggressive and did not use the typical sales tactics just to benefit him by selling me a car. He genuinely had my best interest in mind and wanted me to be happy overall. I would recommend to everyone that RBM is the place to go. Everyone is very friendly, excellent customer service, and they got me out of a terrible situation and into a brand new car, I am very thankful for Andrew and his services! More
Just a great experience - really. I was in the market for a new vehicle. After several months of research, I decided on a Mercedes. The car I eventually purchased was on the RBM websi I was in the market for a new vehicle. After several months of research, I decided on a Mercedes. The car I eventually purchased was on the RBM website. I went back and forth, back and forth looking at it. I visited RBM on a Sunday knowing that they were not open and would not be bothered by a salesperson. I finally made the decision to go to RBM and test drive the E350 that I had been stalking on the web. The RBM associate that helped me was Andrew Cochran. Andrew is the consummate professional. The whole experience at RBM was excellent. All the associates at RBM that I interfaced with were excellent. They were nice, pleasant people to work with. Probably the most critical/crucial thing - they were true to their word. When we reached an agreement on the price of the car and any associated things that were part of that deal - they kept their word. Great experience - really. More
