The reason I went to RBM was because this was our second Mercedes and Jerry Peek had been very helpful on the previous purchase, so I felt completely at home dealing with him. Colin understood I don't make fast decisions, like to weigh my options, and do not like tons of follow up calls. He checked in frequently enough for me without being pushy or going for a hard sell. Once I decided to buy a 2014, he worked with me to find a car with the features that were on my must-have list and got me twice the discount the other dealer offered. He gave me enough information to get started on the gadgets in the car and at some point I know I will be able to call and ask for additional help on some of the details I have not yet figured out. Recently, I decided to extend myself and carry through with a long standing dream that I have had regarding a recreational vehicle and the ability to travel the open road in somewhat of a gypsy fashion. with a long standing dream that I have had regarding a recreational vehicle and the ability to travel the open road in somewhat of a gypsy fashion. After a significant amount of research, I decided that most production "RV's" did not suit my needs and desires of fuel efficiency combined with a spacious, open, yet utilitarian floor plan. Thus, I choose to purchase the largest production Sprinter cargo van that Mercedes has produced and have it outfitted to my design specifications. This decision was not a small one for me as I knowingly accepted a debt obligation that would be extended for over a decade! With such a commitment, it is not unusual for one's brain to second guess itself and vacillate to exhaustion. I share this, because the sales people I interacted with at RBM of Atlanta, helped make my decision easier. Being very knowledgeable with their product and its many options as well as the potential mistakes inherent in such an undertaking, they objectively helped steer me in an unpretentious manner. In addition, several incidents arose which involved a considerable investment of time and energy on behalf of my sales person, Kyrus Frames. He took a personal interest in me and went over and above the typical business relationship between buyer and seller. His care really did impress me and give me hope that business and corporate America will perhaps, one day rise beyond mere transactional relationships to ones predominated by authentic care and human concern. This is no small vision, yet essential, I believe to our collective future. I am happy to share and report that the care I received from the people at RBM of Atlanta, was a step in this direction.
