OMG!! Just purchased my new C250 from RBM Atlanta Dealership and I must say it was the greatest, smoothest, and easiest, experience I've ever had purchasing a car!!! Dwight Banks was my salesmen! He Dealership and I must say it was the greatest, smoothest, and easiest, experience I've ever had purchasing a car!!! Dwight Banks was my salesmen! He was professional patient and very knowledgable with Mercedes brand! The new store manager Eric Mihelich was Awesome!!! He along with Dwight worked, "The Deal of the Century," to get my husband & I into my C250!! Eric is a passionate basketball fan and we enjoyed his conversation in discussing his admiration for the game & players! FYI Dr. J is one of his all time great players. Lol!! He's also a family man with 2 young boys and a wife who he adores! He's also a God fearing man, which you can pick up on the moment he starts to speak & shake your hand. I could go on forever talking about this guy but I'll stop and just say if you want a fair & happy experience when purchasing a Mercedes Benz, go to RBM Atlanta!! Side note: Almost purchased at another dealership in Buckhead but thank God my husband talk to Eric over the phone!! Trust me, RBM was the best choice with a better deal!!! Btw, I love love love my new Whip!! It rides smooth and I look good in it!!! Yessss!!! More

It was an extremely pleasurable experience working with Simon on the purchase of my CPO car. Normally this process is like going to the dentist, something that you want to put off, but Simon changed that Simon on the purchase of my CPO car. Simon gathered the details of exactly what I was looking for and text me as soon as the perfect car arrived. I was very pleased, it was more than I was originally looking for. It was a much better deal as well, since it was CPO. Simon also went a step further to recommend ways for me to save money on changing the tires, etc. His knowledge of that area was impeccalbe. I was extremely impressed and would recommed Simon to anyone. My previous car was a Mercedes so I always used Alex Smith as my Service Advisor and he was always very honest and helpful.
