The experience with RBM of Atlanta was a all round magnificent experience. I first had experience with the service team through my advisor James and then with Andrew when my wife decided to change her magnificent experience. I first had experience with the service team through my advisor James and then with Andrew when my wife decided to change her car and get a Mercedes because of a servicing experience she had with another car maker. She saw the huge gap in service between the two companies and decided to get a Mercedes as I already had one. Andrew was professional and worked with every request we had to see how close he could get us to our goal... Happy to say we are the proud to possess two Mercedes. From the moment my wife and I first met Steve, we knew we were going to lease a Benz from him. His whole attitude was very pleasant while being the consummate professional. His knowledge of our vehicle was incredible given the many options, packages and trim lines available. He tried very hard to find the color we wanted. When our first and second choices were not available, due to their popularity in the model we were looking for, he arranged for the dealership to offer us a vehicle they had already designated for another purpose. Although we ultimately choose another vehicle because of the color and options with which it was equipped, we appreciated Steve's efforts in that regard. One of Steve's primary attributes, I believe, is that he really listens to what his customers have to say, even to what seem like minor points, and then tries his best to fulfill these. For example, my wife had her heart set on having her name first on the title but because of a technicality, initially we were unable to have that accomplished. Steve pulled some strings and it was done. When we took delivery of our Benz, he went over every detail of the many technological features the vehicle had come with and offered to have us call him anytime we had a question. Steve's willingness to go above and beyond undoubtedly accounts for his being named Salesman of the Year so many times. He truly enjoys his work and dealing with people. He will be our choice for our next Benz and we highly recommend him to others. More

I made the call with no confidence at all based on my past experiences. I was impressed with Mr. Szczupak’s who’s mantra revolves around dealing with people and not cars. There was no pressure whatsoever. I had callbacks as promised and follow-ups after my purchase is still ongoing. I am a very satisfied with the service I received from Mr. Szczupak. We fell in love with the Mercedes GL350 a few years ago. So when we were ready to purchase another we decided to try RBM of Atlanta in Roswell. That was where we met John. With 3 kids all playing traveling sports, it was import that our vehicle had the necessary things to make for comfortable long trip. Finding the vehicle with the desired package was not easy, I am sure. But, John made it happen. He spent countless hours searching for our car. We were so impress with his dedication to find us a car that we could not think of going anywhere else. So when we were ready to trade up, John was naturally the first person that came to mind.
