From the time that I entered the facility I was treated with class and WOW! This has been the most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had. From the time that I entered the facility I was treated with class and a genuine sense of caring. When I returned to test drive and purchase the car I had chosen, Colin provided all of the details associated with the car and offered assistance in financing. A couple of days later Colin and I had arranged a time for me to take possession of the car and true to his word, the car was ready and waiting just as promised. Before departing, Colin took the time to go over all of the features and provided me with a contact number to reach him directly should I have any further questions or concerns. As it turns out, I did have a concern about the SD card not working in the radio. Within hours Colin responded with the detailed answer that corrected my issue. On another occasion, I called Colin to let him know that the trunk was not operating properly and I had accidentally damaged the fuel door. Colin set up the service and had the trunk and fuel door repaired. I was bracing my wallet, but to my surprise, there was no cost for the trunk and minimal cost (less than what was quoted) for the fuel door and the service was completed at the time that was originally promised! With first class PLUS service throughout my experience with Colin and the RBM staff, I would recommend the RBM dealership hands down. No one else has even come close! Colin, you rock! More
We decided to trade our 2007 Mercedes GL450 and because we had purchased it at RBM Atlanta, and because we had previously had a good relationship with the sales department and service center, we were inter we had purchased it at RBM Atlanta, and because we had previously had a good relationship with the sales department and service center, we were interested in talking with them first. Kyrus Frames was the representative sales person who handled our visit and subsequent purchase of our new 2013 GL450. We could not have been more pleased with the service we received and the excellent communication with Kyrus, along with his willing and outgoing personality. Kyrus' patience with all of our questions or concerns made the process , including the paperwork, as easy as it could be. He went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and never pressured me in any way. He answered all my questions and often provided personal insight since he owned a similar car. However, it was the attention to detail that puts Simon in a league of his own in my book. He showed me every amenity, how to work it, helped put by Georgia Bulldog plate on the car and even assisted me with cleaning out my old car. The 2013 GL450 is my first Mercedes purchase. I picked a random dealer and stopped by to see if they had what I was looking for. Although they had only one 2013 on the lot (deliveries were just beginning) t random dealer and stopped by to see if they had what I was looking for. Although they had only one 2013 on the lot (deliveries were just beginning) they did not let the moment stop there. Andrew Cochran was the first dealer I met and he took the moment to get me even more excited about my first purchase. His knowledge of the products was amazing. This on top of the fact that he is a car enthusiast, created a situation in which I was comfortable to ask any question needed. If I didn't ask, he offered information about he truck and its many options. His attention to detail instilled even more confidence in buying through him at RBM. Some might consider Andrew's age and a reason to find another rep, that would be a mistake!!!! He was great and when its time for the next purchase, I will go to Andrew Cochran and RBM of Atlanta. That's why when it was time to buy a new Mercedes this year, it was an easy decision to buy it from RBM. I was very fortunate to deal with Colin Harrison in the RBM sales department. I was very impressed with the whole purchase experience, especially my dealings with Colin. He was very professional and I was able to fully trust him, which was the most important factor for me. He went above and beyond in taking the time to explain all the great features in my new fully-loaded C250 Sport, and to ensure that I could sync my smart phone and iPod with the car. He gave me a great deal on my new car and on my trade-in. He also followed up with me to make sure that I'm totally happy with my new car. I highly recommend RBM and Colin Harrison for anyone who is in the market for a new or pre-owned Mercedes. More

Once the purchase was made and the car had been thoroughly detailed, he gave us a brief overview and helped us to get the Sirius Radio set-up. He also invited us to return at our earliest convenience so that he could provide a more thorough and detailed overview of the car and how to work the inside instrument panels. Gerry was fabulous - low pressure, knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with. He called a couple of times after my first visit but didn't push a sale only that he was willing to work with me to find what I was looking for. I called back a week or two later and said I was ready. I walked in at noon and drove out with a new car later that afternoon. High Marks all around! I would be happy to refer friends and family to Gerry and RBM. More
