My experience with RBM has been exemplary in every way possible. My first experience was approximately 2 years ago when I stopped by to look at a new MB for my daughter (traded a BMW). We will be retiring in 18 months and planned to trade our 2002 M class SUV at that time. However, we saw a great review of the 2013 GLK 350.
