Shawn always provides exceptional service. However, this last time I was in for service Shawn exceeded my expectations. My wife was recently in an accident and required the use of a wheelchair. The loaner last time I was in for service Shawn exceeded my expectations. My wife was recently in an accident and required the use of a wheelchair. The loaner car I received would not accommodate transporting a wheelchair. Shawn had someone drive out to my house and exchange the loaner car for a different one that would accommodate transporting the wheelchair. Also, on this same service had body work that was done and Shawn was able to get the work completed on short notice and in the timeframe that I needed. I highly recommend Shawn and RBM to everyone. Likewise, their sales staff is knowledgeable and a pleasure with whom to deal. I think the service charges, while not inexpensive, are competitive and I leave knowing the car has been serviced right the first time. More

My habit has been to keep my cars for 250,000 miles. I credit proper and timely maintenance with being able to get so many miles in Atlanta traffic. I always leave RBM feeling that Alex was a good advocate for my vehicle's long term potential. He enables a service appointment conducive to my schedule and I have never felt he oversold services not needed. Alex is forthcoming with advice when some potential service can be delayed or be made more affordable by a special offering from the dealership.
