The staff of RBM welcomed me with enthusiasm, and when I was introduced to Steve Szczupak, the uncertainty I was feeling went away immediately. His warm welcome, concern and knowledge of the Mercedes products helped me make the decision to purchase my 2005 C230 Kompressor. During the past five years, Steve has kept in touch with me to find out how I was doing and how my vehicle had been performing. It has and still is serving me well because of the fine service provided by RBM. My car stopped dead in the middle of rush hour traffic on I-285 in Atlanta and had to be towed. I was told my car was being towed to RBM. The ordeal had left me frantic and not being from Atlanta, I had no I-285 in Atlanta and had to be towed. I was told my car was being towed to RBM. The ordeal had left me frantic and not being from Atlanta, I had no idea where or what RBM Atlanta was. Early the following morning John Remakis called. He introduced himself in a friendly, professional manner and calmed my fears by telling me not to worry, that the car was in good hands and RMB would take care of it. In subsequent calls, John kept me apprised of the cause of the car's problem, the cost of repairs, and the length of time for repairs. In each conversation, he was polite, knowledgeable, professional and instructional - never talking down to me - and answered every question I had, no matter how inconsequensial it may have seemed to him at the time. Again, he calmed every fear and hesitation I had about the car. When I arrived to pick my car up, John came to the reception area to greet me personally and to explain the work done on the car and the costs. The car was ready before the time it had been promised which allowed me to miss the rush-hour traffic out of Atlanta. What had begun as a frightening ordeal quickly turned into a pleasant experience, in large part to John Remakis III. I cannot thank him enough for his help. Afterall, I am not a resident of Atlanta nor a regular customer of RMB. After this experience, however, I will definitely recommend RMB Atlanta to friends and family and if I have to opportunity to purchase another MB, I will definitely consider RMB Atlanta. More
Personal service. Those two words describe the relationship that provides the reason that we have purchased FIVE cars from RBM. Kay is the perfect salesperson. Bob makes sure that he explains everything that has to be done with the cars to repair or maintain them and gets it done in the fastest time possible. My ratings are high because of the outstanding service I recieved from RBM of Atlanta yet again. I've taken my car to this location four times over the past 10 months. I initially met Pat who works in the service department. I believe he has a management position, however he has always taken time out of his busy schedule to answer and/or return my phone calls. Pat manages to put me in contact with great people such as James. James took the time to search for the best possible options for my car's needs. My wife actually dropped the car off and was promptly provided a loaner car as always. James later called me with an update and in the end returned the car before the time had initially told me it would be ready. The car looked great and rides smoother than it did when we first purchased it. I was give a great price on tires and surprisingly to me, this location had the ability to refinish the rims on my car and they look great. I am a very please customer of RBM of Atlanta located in the beautiful Sandy Springs. Many thanks to James and pat. See you guys next time. More
