This was my 3 purchase of a new Mercedes from RBM of Atlanta. Each time I've worked with Eric and was extremely pleased with his focus on going over the purchase of my new E550. I have obtained four vehicles from RBM over the past 10 years, and the salesperson for those (Eric Koenigsberg) has been outstanding. He is extremely knowledgeable, very respectful of your time, but most i years, and the salesperson for those (Eric Koenigsberg) has been outstanding. He is extremely knowledgeable, very respectful of your time, but most importantly, every bit as focused on solving any issue you have with the car after the sale as he was in making the sale. That's a rare quality and very important to me. We have had our vehicles serviced almost exclusively at RBM, and their service department has also been outstanding. Because we live some distance from Atlanta, we have had the vehicles serviced at other dealers a few times, but the quality of their service hasn't measured up to RBM's. Due to the unusually capable sales person Eric Koenigsberg, and service department, we continue to get our vehicles from RBM, although we live several hours drive from Atlanta, and there are other dealers much closer and more convenient to us.
