Their dedication to customer service is unbelieveable. Last week we bought a pre-owned 2008 S 550. Steve Rosenthal and Charlie Vaccaro made certain that I got the car I wanted...color, features... everything. Their efforts and levels of professionalism went beyond the norm. They explained all of the car details to me and even made sure that my phone was ready to go - hands free. I am extremely grateful to these two gentlemen. They deserve the highest accolades. They were always available, answered phone calls promptly, and always asked what else they could do to help us. It just does not get any better than this. Bringing our cars in for service is a pleasure. Without hesitation, if I have a question or a need for service, I call Curt Cunningham, our service advisor, or the Service Department and am treated like royalty. I am so impressed. So, bottom line, you are wonderful. I am a dedicated customer, as is my husband. We thank you for taking such good care of us. More
Time is a precious commodity, and the thought of giving up some of my workday to shop for a car was not appealing. I checked with a local Mercedes dealer (not RBM), but I couldn't get past the receptionist when I asked if someone could bring a car to my office. Luckily I also called Steve Edwards. Not only was Steve more than willing to deal with my schedule, he essentially took away all my excuses for not buying a car- not enough time, too inconvenient, too much money etc. The whole process was painless and fast which makes me think that Steve and RBM might have some valuable business skills that could be marketed to the medical field. Curt Cunningham has been my trusted service advisor since 1987. I had a 1985 300 D - turbodiesel which I had purchased in another city where I was hearing cases as a judge. I heard about RBM in 1987 and met 1987. I had a 1985 300 D - turbodiesel which I had purchased in another city where I was hearing cases as a judge. I heard about RBM in 1987 and met with Curt for service. I have owned automobiles since 1947 and have had much experience with various service departments, other than Mercedes. The service I received from RBM has been the best. Curt has been the most knowledgeable and friendly service advisor I have ever had. If I had a question about work that needed to be done I could always depend upon Curt providing me with answers which I was able to understand. In January, 1998 I purchased an 320 E sedan from RBM which has given me much joy and satisfaction. I now have over 104,000 miles on that car. In January, 2005 I had accident with my turbodiesel when I ran into a large tree which had fallen across the road. It was nighttime and the tree could not be seen until my turbodiesel ran into it. Suffice it to say, that car was a very sturdily built car and it saved my life. The medics who arrived at the scene told me that no one ever walks away from that kind of an accident. That car had about 250,000 miles on it. More
