I am still thoroughly impressed with the quality of work that Curt provides for me and he is always willing to treat the customer as "number one". Curt keeps my cars, my current is an SL55 roadster, in excellent running condition and whether it's warranty work or necessary maintenance items that need to be done, Curt takes the iniative to really go over my car as if it's his own and recommend the appropriate service that is needed. Great service department. The first time I went there was for a minor issue during a trip to Atlanta. Even though the car was not purchased from them they fixed the problem quickly and at no charge. I now live in Atlanta and used them for a regular service. They were faster, more more courteous, and had a better price for the same service than other MB dealers I have used in the past. The service rep was very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this dealership. More
I moved from Ohio where I was less than happy with the service. My husband and I moved to Atlanta and when I needed service on my C230 we went to RBM,what a difference !! I recently leased my 3rd MBZ from RBM Atlanta - solely based on their amazing service, attention to detail and ability to make a car buying/leasing experience actually pleasant. Can't say enough about based on their amazing service, attention to detail and ability to make a car buying/leasing experience actually pleasant. Can't say enough about Dwight Banks. He's helped my with all three vehicles: an E350, a CLS550 and now my ML350. Dwight knows Mercedes Benz cars inside and out, and is extremely helpful with information to help with decision making. He's also very patient and relaxed so I don't feel pressured during the process. Each time he has come out to my home to help set the automatic door opener for me! And the Nav system, and satellite radio, and phone...all those things. He follows up to check on me too. This time I leased my car - my husband bought a pre-owned vehicle from RBM at the same time - switching from his long allegiance to BMW. I have to put in a good word for Kevin Kane too. He has handled the financing end for all 3 vehicles as well. Kevin is the best finance person I've done business with - efficient, knowledgeable, gets the best deal of the moment - and he's very pleasant while doing it! If we stay in the Atlanta area - RBM will keep my business indefinitely. Thanks everyone! More

Gerry was a real pleasure to deal with. He took an ample amount of time to explain the S 500 and all the bells and whistles. He was patient and I never felt like he was "strong-arming" me. I have now been to RBM of Atlanta twice with my sprinter cargo van and both times I was treated like family. I would recomend anyone that needs service done on there sprinter or any other mercedes to go to cargo van and both times I was treated like family. I was in Chattanoga, TN and was having problems with my Sprinter van and acctually drove all the way to Atlanta just so that they could be the ones to fix it because I knew that it would be fixed right! I contacted Pat prior to my arrival the evening before and that very next morning they had me in the shop and fixed in no time. They have a very nice waiting area and treat there customer's very well. Unfortunately I did not purchase my Sprinter I currently have from them, but I can say that the next purchase will be from them with out a doubt! Please dont hesitate to call them if you need anything because I know that you will be very happy with there service and be glad you did! More
Curt Cunningham has been my service provider for over 20 years and I would only by a car at RBM so he can service it. I trust Curt and know he will take care of our cars. The most important thing to me when buying a car was simply, comfort and practicality. For years I had contemplated buying but could never get to a point where I felt comfortable enough not only with t simply, comfort and practicality. For years I had contemplated buying but could never get to a point where I felt comfortable enough not only with the car but with the dealer - I needed both. Colin Harrison came highly recommended to me from several friends who had purchased cars from him so I decided to stroll by RBM and have a look. I was greeted by a friendly, front-desk staff member who offered beverages/snacks as I waited for Colin to finish a client appointment. We walked around the lot while I asked a lot of asinine questions as this was my first foray in the luxury vehicle market, after all, I'm only 25 so I needed to know every detail about the car to justify the expenditure. Colin was exceptionally patient and knowledgable about the vehicles. I test drove the C300 sport, loved it, and bought it just a few hours later. What could have been an extremely daunting situation for a first-time buyer (especially at a MB dealership) was simple and enjoyable. And let's not forget the personal, hand-written "thank you" note that I received from Colin a few days later. It was the little things that made working with RBM a rare experience. - Scott More
