I have been a customer of RBM of Atlanta for over 10 years. I have never been in for service or for purchasing a Mercedes that I have not had a great experience. I purchased my car from Eric Koenigsberg and he was so helpful in assisting me on learning all the new technology that is now available on these new cars. I had to go back a couple of times for additional questions. He also called me when Mercedes stop using Tele-Aid and helped me get my car with the new Mbrace system. He is a super nice guy, will really treat you courteously, and will see that you are satisfied with your car. A great salesman. More

He called back in a timely manner to let me know the exact service and price. When my car was ready I was unable to pick it up because of a medical procedure I had he made arrangements for me to pick it up the next day. I also felt that I was treated very fairly and received a great car for the price I paid. The dealership was the cleanest of all dealerships I visited and appeared to be managed very efficiently along with being very personable. All the employees were courteous. I felt confident that I will receive as superior service after the sale as I did while I was car shopping. Curt's ability to be anticpatory about future maintenance needs highlights his attentiveness to details. Even in situations where I have not made an appointment and have had an emergency with needing my S420 repaired, Curt has always found a way to fit me in his schedule, arrange for a loaner and get me back out on the road.
