I have been using RBM to service my car for more than 7 years. Repairs are always made on time and with excellence. Dennis Phillips provides a thorough in explanation, is always available to answer any que years. Repairs are always made on time and with excellence. I can appreciate a dealership that does not try to over sell unecessary repairs. I have a '99 E320 with close to 180K miles still in excellent running condition, thanks to RBM service department. Being a single woman, I have the peace of mind knowing that my car is in good hands and I will be safe in a car that runs beautifully. Alex Smith has always been very accommodating when I suspect any pro that my car is in good hands and I will be safe in a car that runs beautifully. Alex Smith has always been very accommodating when I suspect any problem and always manages to fit me in for service. He at least will get someone in the shop to come look at the issue and either fix it quickly (if possible) or put my mind at ease that all is well with my car. I love driving a Mercedes but it is also very much about the service I recieve and again, the peace of mind I get from knowing help is only a phone call away. I would recommend RBM highly to anyone in the market for a new car. More

I have no issues with RBM. Every time I have had service, they have done an excellent job. It just takes a little longer that I would like. But I always have a loaner so I really do not mind the lenght of ti they have done an excellent job. It just takes a little longer that I would like. But I always have a loaner so I really do not mind the lenght of time. They are friendly, I get a clean car back, and my service advisor is always available to talk. Know your car and what needs to be done and only accept additional service if only make sense to you. More

Simply put the worst service I have ever had. Dropped our car the night before for service and was called and told they recommened services which the rep later admitted were not really due. However, the kicker is they told me that they had not started on the car since they did not have approval for these additional items and would need to keep the car over the weekend. I will never darken their doorstep again. More
