Steve is the greatest. I called Steve amd told him the car I wanted with low mileage. The next day Steve called and asked that I come to his office to discuss the car he thought I would like. It was ever car I wanted with low mileage. The next day Steve called and asked that I come to his office to discuss the car he thought I would like. It was everything I had hoped to get, the C300, 2008, beautiful color with very low mileage. I am extremely happy with my new car. I have been a customer of RBM of Atlanta for nine years I have been a customer of RBM of Atlanta for nine years since I arrived from California. RBM of Atlanta was recommended by the Mercedes-Benz dealer I have been a customer of RBM of Atlanta for nine years since I arrived from California. RBM of Atlanta was recommended by the Mercedes-Benz dealer in Los Angeles where I purchased my Benz. I always use RBM even though it is not my closest Benz dealer. I always use "Express Service" and Dennis Phillips is my "customer service advisor". RBM always seems to have any needed parts in stock. I usually "wait" for my maintenance or repairs and I am pleased how quickly the work is completed. Dennis Phillips is knowledgeable and friendly. He always mentions any service "specials". He fully explains any service that will be performed and why. In addition, if the technician-mechanic, after inspection, finds any additional maintenance or repair work that is needed, Dennis fully explains what it is, why it is needed, the urgency of doing the work, and a cost estimate. If I have any questions later about my Benz, he is always as close as the telephone or email. More

My Advisor, Shawn McCallum, is great and very knowlegeable about his job. I trust what he says to me and I do not fell that he is trying to make me purchase additional items for my vehicle that isn't needed. I would suggest that RBM of Atlanta keep Shawn McCallum around for a long time because he is great and I have referred a number of my colleagues to RMB of Atlanta because of Shawn McCallum. More

Steve Edwards has been "our guy" since the beginning. Over the years, Steve has effortlessly guided us through the purchase of three MB vehicles and is always available when we call with any questions regarding our automobiles. He goes as far as to initiate calls and letters, just to see how we're doing! Although our purchases tend to run to pre-owned Merc's, Steve, (and the entire office staff), always treats us as if we were buying a new Maybach! The "garage experience" is almost unbelieveable. A highly-trained mechanic actually hand-carries you through the process and explains, in detail, whatever service is being done and why. This is handled out of a "private office", with your vehicle parked alongside, so the service-person can give you a hands-on review, with your car present, (and you can ask "dumb questions" without fear of embarrassment). We have recommended RBM of Atlanta, (and Steve), to many family members and acquaintences, in full confidence that our people will be treated in a respectful and most helpful manner. Although RBM of Atlanta is farther away from home, the above will explain why we drive many more miles to do business with Steve Edwards and all the folks at RBM of Atlanta. More
