When I arrived Chad came out and greeted me and said if I needed any help to let him know and that he would be hanging out. I looked found what I wanted and took it for a test drive. Chad came back and helped me with my paperwork. Everyone that I came in contact with was very nice and helpful and wasn’t pushy at all. They all fought very hard to get me financed and in my car. In dealing with multiple dealerships I noticed a disappointing culture of salesmen talking down about their competitors to make their deal/dealership seem like the better decision. RC Hill did not do that all they said when I mentioned shopping around was say they would do the best they could to get me a great deal but they understand any decision I take. Their positivity, professionalism, respect for others, transparency, and just overall company culture made them a privilege to work with. At the end of the day they got me a better rate than I expected and I am very happy with my new car and feel I got an excellent deal. Their work speaks for itself. Highly, highly, recommended. More
