Misleading pricing and ease of trade in We drove there anticipating on having our son purchase a new and reliable car. I called the day before and explained his situation and was told to come on down and they could work with his situation. After driving there, wandering the parking lot for 45 minutes. We finally had a salesman start our car buying experience. I explained our son's situation. Our salesman apologized for our inconvenience but unfortunately they would not be able to work my son. Apparently, the internet pricing is not what they work with. They actually will not even address the internet price. Instead, they are working on the MSRP pricing. We previously went to a different dealership and was offered $2000.00 more for his trade in. RCHills EZ trade is false advertisement. So is their second chance finance. Very disappointed. More
