I know a good service department when I see one because I spent 9 years as an Assistant Service Manager/Shop Foreman in my younger years. This Service Dept. has met all my expectations and more. They are always friendly and efficient. I recently came in for a routine oil change and they recommended I also get the tires rotated which I agreed to. I was in and out the door within 90 minutes with a complimentary car wash to boot. As seniors, my husband and I are extremely happy we purchased our cars at this dealership. We had no idea the service would be so good. More

Great sales service from Anthony Andolino I must admit, I was skeptical about coming in to RC Hill as my previous experience was not very good. But this time around, the difference is between night and day. I am glad I gave RC Hill a second chance. Looks like they got their stuff together now. Big thanks to Anthony Andolino (sales). I dealt with him the whole time, there was no need to go back and forth between him and the sales manager, like the game you play in most dealerships, Anthony got the job done, without being pushy or arrogant, like other sales people I have had to deal with. The sales manager was also nice, he stopped by and thanked me for my purchase after the deal was done. The finance guy got me in and out quick, he was also very nice. RC Hill even delivered my 2017 Mitsubishi Mirage GT the very next day to my home with a FULL tank of gas at no extra charge. I must say that I am very happy with my experience at RC Hill Mitsubishi.
