The first day I was there, to test drive the Outlander, James was so down to earth and not one ounce pushy. When I told him that day how I was still looking, he still gave me all of his attention even though it wasn't a guaranteed sale. He went over the car and we took a test drive with conversation like an old friend. After having bad experiences at two other dealers when I went to test drive the other vehicles I wanted to try, I came back to R C Hill. I've never had a Mitsubishi before and need to know that someone is there for my questions, before and after the purchase. When I came back, James was extremely busy and I understood. This gave me the opportunity to meet Seleana. Again, conversation and no big sales pitch! I was given information from both and able to make my own decision without pressure. They worked together so that I didn't feel ignored or unimportant. This was not what I expected from a dealership but so glad it's what I got...and the Outlander SEL is great too!
