I actually hate car shopping but I enjoyed my experience there. I was extremely comfortable the entire time, even when my Sales Person was busy helping other customers and another Sales Person stepped in with the same level of knowledge and assurance. I loved that all the sales people I talked to even the Accountant had first hand experience with the vehicle that I was buying. I love this car. I searched for at least 10 months and I was looking for certain features but didn't want to pay an out rages price. I actually heard a commercial on the radio for RC Hill and it sounded great. I thought, maybe I need to take a look at the Mitsubishi's. I am so glad I did, this is such an Awesome car and I highly recommend RC Hill to everyone! More

The Kind of People You Invite to Your Barbecue! In my car buying decision this time, I was thinking of three different vehicles. The first day I was there, to test drive the Outlander, James was so In my car buying decision this time, I was thinking of three different vehicles. The first day I was there, to test drive the Outlander, James was so down to earth and not one ounce pushy. When I told him that day how I was still looking, he still gave me all of his attention even though it wasn't a guaranteed sale. He went over the car and we took a test drive with conversation like an old friend. After having bad experiences at two other dealers when I went to test drive the other vehicles I wanted to try, I came back to R C Hill. I've never had a Mitsubishi before and need to know that someone is there for my questions, before and after the purchase. When I came back, James was extremely busy and I understood. This gave me the opportunity to meet Seleana. Again, conversation and no big sales pitch! I was given information from both and able to make my own decision without pressure. They worked together so that I didn't feel ignored or unimportant. This was not what I expected from a dealership but so glad it's what I got...and the Outlander SEL is great too!
