Excellent When I first arrived at the dealership, John was waiting for me outside and he immediately wanted me to test drive the car. I told him no and that we needed to get the business out of the way first. He smiled and escorted me to his desk. To make a long story short, I was denied the car loan. He explained everything in detail and did not try to pressure me about more down payment money. Two days later I was called back and asked Is this the car I wanted? I said yes, but I had been turned down two days ago. Tim told me to "come get your car"! I was at work with my boss at my desk, could not hold my composure. She asked if I was alright and I told her about my blessing. I told Tim I would have to call him back, he said that would not be necessary just come and get your car! It was near the end of the day and Russell handled all the paperwork between the dealer, my credit union & insurance company.
