Truly, the best car buying experience ever!!! My sale person Russell Ervast has made one of my most hated experiences one of my best. I never, ever like to go to purchase a new or used car ever. I My sale person Russell Ervast has made one of my most hated experiences one of my best. I never, ever like to go to purchase a new or used car ever. I always leave feeling depressed, confused and quite disappointed. But not this time. Russell saw me looking over the trucks and came out to see if he could help at first I thought, Ah Crap! but with his easy going polite personality and might I say non pushy answered any question I had with complete knowledge of the truck I was interested in and I asked for a test drive and within 5 min's I was cruising down the highway in an awesome Nisan Titan 4X4 loaded, and the truck was more than I ever thought I could afford but with the help of Russel I walked out with the keys about 1 hr later with a low interest loan that I could afford on my fixed income. Thank you Russell you made a friend and new place where I will come any time I need a car or truck and I will send my family and friends there when they need a excellent car or truck.
