I advised her I did not have ample funds and to make the repair as inexpensive as possible. She did just that and more by detecting an AC leak into the interior of the verhicle underneath the floor. She made that additional repair cost as little as possible too. I hope you guys realize what a good employee you have there working for you with infectious enthusiasm, extensive knowledge, and congeniality. She is an absolute pleasure to deal with. The best new car buying experience I've had I was looking for used cars on autotrader.com when I saw that RC Hill had several new 2015 Outlander Sports for about the same price as used 2013s in I was looking for used cars on autotrader.com when I saw that RC Hill had several new 2015 Outlander Sports for about the same price as used 2013s in my city. I found what I wanted, put in my application online and was shortly contacted by Troy to figure out what would be the best car for me. I drove about 170 miles but it was well worth it! He found the car that would fit my desired payments and the color I wanted. Then the finance department got me a great loan considering my past credit issues. Really, the best experience I've had with new car shopping and I'd make the drive again! Kudos! More
