Worth the long drive! I purchased my SUV at the local Daytona Beach Dealer about 20 minutes from us. Well, after three experiences with them on service, I can say the drive is well worth it! Great service done in a timely manner and extremely friendly and knowledgable staff. Reminders for service are made by phone and appointments set according to the customers schedule! Our son just recently purchased a new 2015 Outlander Sport from RCHill based on my experience! We drove nearly two hours from our home to see the car and others that were offered at the dealership. Our sales guy was Mike, great knowledge about the cars and not your usual salesman. We drove several Mitsubishi Outlander models in various years and settled on a 2013. The car was immaculate, low mileage with over three years of warranty remaining. We decided to purchase the vehicle and it was hassle free the whole way. The internet price was lower than expected for this vehicle, it's great not having to dicker from the asking price to get a good value for your buck. Hassle free the whole way. The best part of the deal was when Mike went the extra mile and located the second remote key saving us nearly $400 and the hassle of obtaining another remote. Mike is truly a great guy to work with. On the other hand, the RC Hill dealership was a complete change like a breath of fresh air. Their knowledgeable sales reps actually spent time listening to customers' concerns. We were delighted with the casual atmosphere, especially the laid-back style of Floyd Roberts. FUN, FAST, AND FANTASTIC! I have dealt with dealers before and let me tell you, I was expecting to be at this dealer for at least six hours. Well I was pleasantly surprised. Floyd our sales man worked with me from the get go on the phone and then when I arrived. I was given the utmost attention and was not haggled at all. I was in and out with a new car in 2 1/2 hours. everyone was very nice and very knowledgeable. I would most certainly recommend RC Hill Mitsubishi to anyone. Extremely disappointing customer service Be very careful when considering buying from this dealership. I purchased my used car at RC Hill this October. Since it only came with one key, the de Be very careful when considering buying from this dealership. I purchased my used car at RC Hill this October. Since it only came with one key, the dealership agreed and signed on paper to have a second key made and send it to me. When I did not receive anything, I tried to contact my salesman multiple times to inquire about the key. I never got any sort of response until my parents stopped by RC Hill on their vacation and the dealership assured them they would get the key to me in a week. On November 20th, my salesman finally sent me a text confirming he had sent the key. However, I have not received anything up until today in spite of me contacting the dealership multiple times. The salesman is even denying he received my inquiries, even though he replied to my messages. He promised to check the next day and never contacted me again until I sent him another message. At the same time, he is claiming that he mailed the key uninsured in regular mail, which makes me very, very concerned that somebody now has a key to my car and my address. I do not consider this something a reliable car dealership should do. I also emailed and called the manager about this issue but have unfortunately not received any response. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at RC Hill and therefore cannot recommend this dealership to anyone even though I have not had any problems with the car itself. It is disappointing that my attempts to contact the dealership have been ignored multiple times. More
