Didn't feel like a sales pitch, but rather and chat w/ info. I really appreciate that they didn't play any games and I never felt like I was being "sold" a car. They did not use any manipulation techniques or us I really appreciate that they didn't play any games and I never felt like I was being "sold" a car. Buying a car is not fun for me. So I was glad to find their approach very personable. They even worked to find better financing than what my credit union pre-approved me for. Also, very good at explaining the process etc. All around a good experience that I could easily recommend to others. More

Best car buying experience ever I never been a fan of shopping for cars. I'm pretty happy I went to RC Hill for my Mitsubishi instead of one of the closer car dealer even if it was 5 I never been a fan of shopping for cars. Good Car Buying Experience I heard about RC Hill Mitsubishi on the Radio one day. When I got home, I looked them up on the internet, easily found their website ad began to look I heard about RC Hill Mitsubishi on the Radio one day. When I got home, I looked them up on the internet, easily found their website ad began to look through their new car inventory. The Mitsubishi Mirage caught my eye, or more specifically, the 44MPG rating. I filled out the online credit appl, which was very easy. I received a call from Jeff Welcheck a short time later. Jeff was very polite and helpful as I asked questions about the Mirage. My first obstacle in buying a economical vehicle, is obviously the size of the car and whether or not I would be able to fit my 6'6" body into a Mirage and be comfortable. Luckily, Jeff is also 6'6", and assured me that I would fit into a Mirage as easily as he did.Long story short, I finally found time to get over to their dealership, where I met Mike Gray. He was very attentive and patient with me as I described my financial situation and where I wanted to be with payments. While I went on a test drive with Mike, the Finance Manager worked to get me financed. Driving the Mirage, was fun for me and I felt very comfortable in the driver's seat. The small engine was more peppy than expected and the car drove as if on rails. I was sold. Back at the Dealership, it took only 90 mins or so to get a deal I was happy with, and I purchased a new 2014 Mitsubishi Mirage. Since I drove to the dealership in my own vehicle, and had to be at work later that afternoon, Mike offered to deliver my new car to my home, while I was at work. I have purchased cars in the past and this experience was amazing. In the past, I referred to my buying experience as "the buyer beat-down". But not at RC Hill Mitsubishi. Everyone involved in my purchase was helpful, courteous, and attended to my needs with a sincerity and professionalism I have not seen in years. I would definitely recommend RC Hill to anyone; friends, family, and anyone who reads this review. I have never owned a Mitsubishi before, but think I will buy another when the time is right and will definitely call RC Hill when that time comes. More

We reserved our Mirage and drove over on Saturday to close the sale. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
