We reserved our Mirage and drove over on Saturday to close the sale. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Customer Service on vehicle purchase Bought a 2012 Outlander with 10,000 miles and was charged $300.00 for a second key. I was told this was after the deal was done. Also, there was no spare tire when the unit was picked up. If we hadn't noticed we wouldn't have received the spare tire. It is evident the non-commissioned sales representatives are not as interested in customer satisfaction. I was told vehicle was service however the sticker on the window said it was overdue for service. There was a large X in crayon on the inside of the drivers side window. Looked as if the outside was only washed. More

So satisfied the first time, came back for seconds I strolled into RC Hill Mitsubishi a few years ago while a student at Stetson in order to buy my first Outlander Sport. I was attended to by Russell I strolled into RC Hill Mitsubishi a few years ago while a student at Stetson in order to buy my first Outlander Sport. I was attended to by Russell Ervast, who throughout the whole process, from choosing cars to test drive, to signing papers, and even explaining the details and features of the car, was very kind and acted in a very professional manner. The garage staff who perform the checkups are quick to handle the car, and there is even a very comfortable waiting room where you can relax and have some coffee and watch TV while you wait for you car. Thanks to these great experiences, I decided to drive back up to RC Hill Mitsubishi from Kissimmee to get a second car last week. Again, I was attended to by Russell, and again, I have walked away as a very satisfied customer. More

First-time car buyer I went to RC Hill to look at a used 2010 Mistubishi Lancer that I had seen on AutoTrader. Jeff had contacted me promptly after I sent my inquiry throu I went to RC Hill to look at a used 2010 Mistubishi Lancer that I had seen on AutoTrader. Jeff had contacted me promptly after I sent my inquiry through the site, and stayed in contact with me until I arrived at the dealership. Upon arrival, my dad and I were immediately impressed. We were expected to be hassled and harassed into buying the car, but there was NO pressure form the sales team, instead just smiling faces and and eager sales staff. The price I saw on AutoTrader was apparently a typo, and $1000 cheaper than the dealer listed price, but they matched the price on the printed ad I brought with me. Jeff was so friendly and easy to get along with, and I never felt like I was being forced into purchasing. This was my first time going through the car-buying process (with the help of my dad) and, even though Deland is a bit out of my way, I will be sure to check out R.C Hill the next time I need to buy a car. More

Fantastic Dealership I knew I wanted another Mitsubishi as the one I had for 5 years was great, replaced only tires, battery and brakes. Went to this dealership because of the commercials, etc and I did not care for service I received at dealership I used 5 years ago. The staff is fantastic, answered questions, very friendly, NO PRESSURE to buy and best of all I brought another Lancer in the color I wanted and drove it home right then. Great price for trade in and discounts for being a previous Mits owner. If you are looking for a Lancer, Outlander or any other Mits go here you will not be disappointed. The staff are so friendly and know what they are talking about and they get paid not by what they sell which is a huge difference than other dealers.
