I had searched the local dealership internet sites for a used late model Madza 6. The RC Hills site had a listing that for a car that fit my needs plus the price was lower than I expected to pay and lower used late model Madza 6. I was able to chat with a knowledgeable person online early in the morning before the dealership opened. She was able to discuss inventory availability, etc. Other sites I visited had people I could chat with, but they could only take my information and promise someone would get back to me later in the day. However, I needed to buy a car "now". I went to RC Hills hoping I would not have to do much haggling over price or have to look at cars in which I had no interest. Russell Ervast greeted me and let me know right off that the car buying experience at RC Hills would be different than what I expected. As a salesperson, he made no commission and therefore his interest was to help me find the car I truly wanted at a price I could afford and get financing. The finance guy, Bob, was just as knowledgeable and helpful as Russell. As a woman, I was nervous about buying a car on my own. I thought the car salesmen would "see me coming" and know I knew next to nothing about buying a car. Because of the way RC Hill sells cars, I knew I was not pushed into a deal I would later regret. I felt relaxed and comfortable through the whole process and I am very satisfied with my car. Plus I received a great comprehensive warrantee and free lifetime oil changes and tire rotation that I did not expect. Thank you RC Hills. More
