The initial purchase was great. Everyone was friendly and the buying process was one of the quickest ones I've ever done. There was no pressure at all. The only issue I had was when I purchased the car I was told by the sales employee that the dealership would coat the car with xylan coating and detail it, I would just need to call the sales employee and tell him when I would be bringing the car back up so he could arrange everything. I called and made the appt but when I got there no one knew about it and he didn't write the coating on the IOU slip, nor did he give me a copy of it! He was not working that day and I had to call him to find out what as going on. He called the dealership and straightened it out but I was not impressed with the "detail" job and I was told the coating would not be guaranteed. More

I was shopping for a new car. RC Hill had the greatest selection of Mitsubishi's. I fell in love with the Lancer GT. When I called, I worked with Russell. He was Amazing!!! When I finally had a day to go up and purchase the car it was easy. He walked me through everything possible in the car and even hooked up my phone with the bluetooth!!! I have been thinking about purchasing a new car for awhile but dreading it. I decided to visit the RC Mitsubishi website and fill out an application. I was called within 30 minutes by Anthony. We spoke a few minutes about the car I would like and concerns about my credit. He reassured me to come by and he would let me know in a few minutes how it would work. Of course on my way I thought about how dreadful this was going to be and all the other negative thoughts about car buying. I showed up and he greeted me outside before I even got a chance to walk in. I give him some information and he addressed my credit concerns by getting all my information to his finanacing department before I fell in love with a car I might not get. That was great! When we got back from the test drive and decided I liked the car, he then had someone check the car I was trading in. WIthin 10 minutes my key had been returned to me. I couldn't believe these people weren't going to hold me hostage! After the quote was given to me, which was a decent quote but a little too much, I told him the amount I would be comfortable with and he was able to get within $10 of it. That was that. No more haggling or negotions. It was really simple. I filled out all my paperwork still skeptical if the car was really mine. Even in the financing office it wasn't about negotiations regarding add on services. I was asked about them but when I said yes or no we moved on. I left within 2 hours of arriving with a car wanted and a price I felt comfortable with. Has car buying really changed that much since the last time I bought a car ( 6 years ago) or what it just this place? When it's time to trade this car in I will definitely be back! More

Hello, I'm a 23 year old guy who moved up to Orlando a few months ago. My family and friends are still down in Miami but driving down in my 98 4Runner was costing me over $250 in a gas each weekend just a few months ago. I walked in the door looking for a 2012 Genesis they were selling. Russell was very straight forward and professional about all the info and likely hood of my getting approved at a rate that I could afford. Turns out the 2013 Lancer GT(with 4 miles on it!) was close to $6000 cheaper and more in my budget. He did not push me for the sale, spoke to me like I am a person and not some kid(which has happened to me before). After running the numbers I was approved at my budget and very happy with my purchase! Would recommend the dealership and Russell to anyone looking for a new or used car! More
