RC Hill Mitsubishi-DeLand

I was looking for a new car. Got jerked around with all these dealers in Orlando, and Clermont (where I live). The bank will only loan a certain amount for a car, the rest you are responsible for that's why they pound you for money down. Sean, you want no $ down, that's cool, give me a shot. I figured he sounded genuine enough. I had an appointment to speak with someone at David Maus VW (where they'll do whatever it takes...to piss you off) in orlando, but after I heard his unpromising words on trying to get me into the dealership to waste my time with a deal that probably wasn't going to work, I gassed up my rental car and drove an hour (straight past DMVW) to RC Hill Mitsu. to see these guys and hear them out. Troy Stoops ended up helping me pick a car that suited me. We looked at a few, I didn't get what I originally went there for because of bank requirements for the price I wanted to pay, I walked away with a practically brand new Mitsu Outlander Sport (I didn't think I'd be buying at Mitsu). This was a better value and a better deal. I really like this car. I always admired Mitsubishis but I never really thought I'd buy one. This was a great deal! They got my payments nearly exactly what I was paying on my previous car, it came out to $1 more per month. When I had agreed to the deal being about $10 more a month. They overcompensated and that's what you call "caring sales people". And Mitsubishi has an awesome warranty package that came with my car. I asked about GAP insurance because that's what saved me from the bank with my car I just totaled, it was already worked into the price. You cannot ask for a better dealership to work with! If you live over an hour away like I do, go visit them and see what they have to say, they're great people and will take care of you. I promise! Even if you don't like Mitsubishi, take one for a drive, they're really nice also! Thank you everybody at RC Hill Mitsu, when I run the wheels off this one, I'll be back for another. More

I saw an ad on craigslist for a dodge durango and submitted a credit application. Within minutes Seleana emailed me back and asked to call. I am in the middle of rebuilding my credit so i didnt have high hopes of getting the vehicle but with my down payment and lots of hard work on their part i got approved and got the vehicle. R.C. Hill Mitsubishi and its employees were a breath of fresh air! I'm used to the high pressure (fake attitude) side of car shopping, where you're instantly swarmed by a pack of Jackal salesman trying to fresh air! I'm used to the high pressure (fake attitude) side of car shopping, where you're instantly swarmed by a pack of Jackal salesman trying to force a purchase. The experiences I have had at dealerships in the past have been quite disheartning and highly stressful. My experience at R.C. Hill was entirely different. I ended up purchasing a 2009 BMW 325i, with Russell as my salesman. He explained how the dealership does business; ie. no haggle pricing, low pressure, etc. I highly valued this method of salesmanship and in the end was extremely satisfied with the acquisition. I highly recommend this dealership and will return to R.C. Hill when I'm ready to purchase another vehicle. More
