Initially, I visited R.C Hill to view a pre-owned Volvo S40 that was listed on their website. On arrival, I was not immediately pounced on by an overly eager sales person, which I found refreshing compared S40 that was listed on their website. After being allowed a few minutes to check things out by myself, I was greeted by James Wheeler. He happily gave me a tour of the Volvo and I was surprised by his extensive knowledge of a car that isn’t part of his normal product line. As it turns out, James has extensive knowledge of every single vehicle in the dealerships inventory, both new and pre-owned, regardless of make or model. In the end, I realized the Volvo wasn’t for me, so I started to look at what else they might have on the lot. I was very impressed with the pricing of the Lancers and Outlanders and realized that I could purchase a brand new vehicle instead of a pre-owned one and still stay within my budget. After test driving both, I needed some time to decide between the Lancer and the Outlander and once again I wasn’t pressured into a deal that I wasn’t ready to make. The next day, James called to follow up and simply asked if there was any additional information he could provide to help me make my decision. In reality, I had already decided to give R.C. Hill my business and it was just a matter of choosing which car I liked the best. On the day I purchased my car, James took the time to bring a Lancer ES and a GT from the holding lot so that I could compare the two cars side by side. He encouraged me to test drive both of them back to back and guided me, but never pushed me, toward the GT which is what I really wanted anyway. After signing all the papers, he spent even more time showing me each and every feature of the car and ensuring that I was completely comfortable with everything before sending me on my way. There’s no shortage of great cars on the market and I could have given my money to any number of dealerships. The reason I gave my money to R.C Hill was due in no small part to the way that I was treated by James Wheeler. It helped that they had a car that I love at a great price, but it was James’ enthusiasm, patience and car knowledge that sealed the deal. He even helped me out with some following up questions I had regarding financing a few days after my purchase. I HIGHLY recommend dealing with James Wheeler! More

After a long and exhaustive search for a new vehicle I finally purchased a brand new Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. I was very pleased with my exerience. I saw the car that I wanted online, called and came in. The price was very reasonable and I appreciated not feeling pressured. I had visited several dealerships before and I felt pressured to trade in my other car (which I wanted to sell myself), apply for financing (even though I already had financing secured) and buy an overpriced vehicle (although I knew what I wanted and what I didn't want and the price I was willing to pay). There was none of this at RC Hill Mitsubishi. Once I decided that I had found the right car, I was in and out very quickly with no haggling and no pressure. On top of the great service, the car came with a free 90 day warrantee which gives me peace of mind that they checked the car and they were not trying to sell me a bad product. This is the only way to go when buying a car and I would gladly purchase a vehicle from here again. More
