My wife (who is deaf and can sign and read lips) and I went to R C Hill on 07/14/2012. We were interested in buying a used car for me to replace my older car. We met Mike Gray at 9:30 am and he showed us went to R C Hill on 07/14/2012. We were interested in buying a used car for me to replace my older car. We met Mike Gray at 9:30 am and he showed us right away the car I was interested in (a 2006 Ford Taurus). Within 10 minutes he had the keys and we were off for the test drive. It was GREAT!!!! No pressure in trying to get us to look at something different. Within an hour and a 1/2 the paperwork was done and I had a new to me car. I will also mention that the trade in I got for my 99 Malibu was fair and we were actually offered more than what was anticipated. Now you can't buy a car for yourself without the wife wanting one. My wife has been driving the family truckster for years, a 2001 Mercury Sable wagon. We were looking at getting her a used car as well, something a little smaller, better gas mileage so forth and so on. Mike said lets do all the possibilities from a new car on down to a used car and lets see what pops up. Well, my wife started to have a small panic attack. Mike calmly talked to my wife and told her we're just taking a look to see the possibilities to get her the best thing possible. Well, when it was all said and done my wife walked away with a brand spankin' new 2012 Lancer. The look on her face was priceless. She hasn't owned a new car since 1997. Since she's had the car she absolutely loves it. One last note I want to add here and the reason I mentioned my wife is deaf. When we met Mike Gray we told him at the very first moment of meeting him that my wife was deaf and had to look directly at her when talking to her. Mike ALWAYS looked at her face-to-face!!!! He even repeated things if my wife didn't catch it all. To my wife; this was the ultimate thing in respect to her. To people who are deaf and those that aren't I say R C Hill is the place to go. You're treated with respect and your opinions really do matter. Mike Gray is the man to see, he was extremely patient with both my wife and I, Mike answered ALL our questions before we moved forward with anything and made it a truly painless experience.
