This was without a doubt the best car buying experience I have ever had. Troy Stoops knows what he is doing, and it shows. We went into the dealership hoping to purchase one vehicle so our family would have have ever had. Troy Stoops knows what he is doing, and it shows. We loved the fact that he was not pushy as some other car salesman can be. He told told us what he could do for us from the moment we walked in the door and did not try to sell us anything we didn't need or want. That has never happened to us! So My family and i had gone to RC Hill Mitsubishi expecting to leave with a brand new car, being previously approved by our credit union we thought it was gonna be an in and out thing. It turned out expecting to leave with a brand new car, being previously approved by our credit union we thought it was gonna be an in and out thing. It turned out that the credit union that had approved me for a loan would not cover the price of the used vehicle, we were slowly loosing hope. From the moment we walked in the dealer (around 11:30-12) to the time we got out (around 6pm) Mike gray fought for us to get a vehicle and by the end of the day I did not only walk out with a vehicle, but a brand new 2012 for an affordable price that he was able to work out for us under the circumstances we were under. By the end of the day he had become more then a sales men to us, he had become our friend and its thanks to him that I now own my 2012 mitsubishi lancer, my first car and one that I totally owe him 1000 thanks for, since im seriously borderline crazy over it, great dealer, great cars and amazing customer service, enough said =) More
