We had purchased a car previously from this dealer and were treated so well that when we totaled are car it wasn't even a discussion as to where we would go to purchase a new car. We had spoken to Chad by phone and he had us pre approved and a vehicle picked out for us before our arrival. When we arrived at 7pm we had decided that we would like to explore some other options even though he had us set for exactly what we asked for. We were the only customers there it being so late but everyone was so patient. We changed our mind 3 times and finally decided on something we liked. However we were not sure wether our not we could swing the payments. Tom managed to get our payments in the range we told him we had to be including our GAP insurance and the extended warranty. Needless to say we were very pleased. Chad took the car to put gas in it and clean it up while we did the paperwork. Before we left Chad even helped us set up our Bluetooth. The whole experience took 1 and half hours. by far the shortest amount of time we have ever spent in a dealership. Also because we had recently had the accident there was a lot of unfinished business with my old loan. Tom in finance was very patient with us during the proceeding 3 weeks while we worked with our insurance and GAP insurance companies. He could not completely finish the deal until those things were taken care of. We are very happy with our GTS Lancer and would like to thank Chad and Tom for going above and beyond our expectations. Not once did Russell try and pressure us into a vehicle we were not completely comfortable with. Your sales team and staff are very nice and friendly. I think this is the first time buying a vehicle was actually a pleasant experience. We went to look at a specific vehicle advertised, the dealership went out of their way to make sure we were able to see it. When we received the car it only came with one key, they quickly ordered us another one, which I understand was not cheap. Then we realized that the hood of the car was spotted with something that would not rub out, and they agreed to repaint it. When we took the car in we had realized that the roof was in need of paint. While this was not part of their promise they did offer a discount to paint it also. The paint job was beautiful. I would like to comment on the fact that the buying of this car was not the ordeal that we have always experienced in the past. Everyone was helpful, friendly and extremely customer oriented. Purchasing our new Raider truck at R.C. Hill in Deland was a far better experience than we expected. I have been scheduled quickly & with as little wait as possible. Both the young lady behind the counter as well as the service manager (?) have been very professional and personable in my dealings with t possible. Once, the service manager was kind enough to provide me with a free car wash (although I did tip the car washer for his time) when I had very little time to get the job done myself. RC Hill sends out an e-mail checking for satisfaction/ or non-satisfaction to which I have always been very satisfied. Once I did add a complaint that there was never any artificial sugar for coffee, and the next time I was in the waiting room, there was some available! More
