Im really glad that I drove 2 hours to this dealership, rather than deal with any here in Jacksonville. This dealership and the employees are some of the nicest people you will meet. My salesmen Mike seriously sat with me all day while the finance managers worked my deal (my fault that it took all day, not theirs). At the end of it all, they got me a great deal and let me take the car home that day because they didn't want me to have to drive all the way back down to pick it up. Mike was one of the friendliest people I've met in a long time and I wish him all the best in everything. Thank you for helping me get the car I wanted so badly!! We were looking for a used car and RC Hill Mitsubishi had the lowest price on a 2009 Nissan Versa. We even compared their price to the Nissan dealer down the road and felt that car we purchased was a much b the lowest price on a 2009 Nissan Versa. He always answers his phone or calls back quickly. He seems a bit new to email communication but what he lacks in tech savvy he makes up for with courtesy and knowledge of his product. The dealer website even provides an autocheck report for free without asking for any information. There were only a few things I didn't like about the entire process: 1. I didn't realize the cost of a new tag versus a transfer was so great. My fault, but I would have felt even better had someone told me ahead of time 2. The car was clean, but could have been cleaned better. There was some dirt stuck to the dash that we are cleaning off. There are also scratches and such on the car that I would think a dealer could spend a little time touching up. That's just my opinion though. 3. The dealer fee of $650 seems a bit high for the amount of time that was actually put into selling the car. I mean, I am sure they made a profit just on the price of the car and since I shopped online and came to purchase on the day I said I would, I would have liked the fee to be significantly reduced. Overall, the buying experience was great. We financed the purchase through our own bank so I can't comment on their financing options. We got the car that we wanted for a good price and the people we bought from were friendly and professional. I would recommend them to anyone. More

We then went out on the lot and he showed me used (as per my choice) and new vehicles. New was the way to go!! Russell was very knowledgeable on the Mitsubishi Outlander. He showed us all the extras included. I love it!!! I am very pleased with the service also received from the Financing Department. I had a great experience with them , I needed to get my son a car but we could not afford it, but they worked it out so that we could but 2 new cars for almost the same price I was paying for my truck. The experience I had with R.C. Hill Mitsubishi was incredibly pleasant. I drove about an hour out to this dealership because they had the best prices from any dealership I could find. They also offered a Mitsubishi Loyalty rebate which helped bring the price down. I was instantly greeted with a friendly sales representative named Michael Gray. He went above and beyond my expectations. The car that I actually wanted to purchase had just gotten delivered so he had to take extra time to put it in their system. He was very informative and was able to answer any question that I had. We were also met with an unexpected obstacle which had prevented me from purchasing the vehicle that day. They were able to work with me and waited to complete the paperwork the next day. They had stayed over an hour past closing time (because I had arrived to the dealership 10 minutes till close) in order to finish all the paperwork and not once did I have the feeling of being rushed. This just proves their flexibility and willingness to work with customers. Another issue that happened during the purchase process was that I had failed to bring a check for the down payment. They allowed me to put the down payment a couple days after that way I could drive away with the car at that moment instead of having to retrieve a check and coming back out. So being the difficult customer that I was (and not on purpose) they were able to handle each situation smoothly. I was very pleased with my experience at R.C. Hill Mitsubishi. More
