Not Sure. I was not sure if I could even get a brand new car, with a decent monthly payment. I spoke with Amber a few times by phone, about specials and vehicles. She invited me to come in. Eventually, I took her up on the invite. Although Amber wasn't available to help me through the car buying process(she was with another customer), she most certainly left me in great hands. Dwendolyn was awesome. She knew about the car I wanted, like the back of her own hand. She understood my circumstances and got me the best bang for my buck. Now I'm confidently driving my BRAND NEW 2016 HYUNDAI ELANTRA, and loving every thing about it. THANK YOU for such an amazing experience!! More

Very friendly and helpful I liked that the car I was going to look at was ready to go when I arrived (I called the day before). All employees who addressed my service concerns appeared to care. They worked in an efficient manner. I have to travel across town, so I am hoping that my trip is worth the drive. I say this because there is another dealership within a few miles of my residence. At this time, the service department runs like a well-oiled machine. I will return again. Side note: Also, Amber Parham did a great job helping me to find the car of my liking. I wish she could have carried out the whole process - it would have been less stressful! More
