I was most pleased in the very low pressure salesmanship at the Ricart Auto Mall. The wife and I came in on a Sunday to take a Hyundai Elantra out for a test drive knowing that we were in the market but no at the Ricart Auto Mall. After the test drive and the information provided by the sales associate, I was back in on Tuesday to get some numbers. When I came in on Tuesday, I was greeted with a different friendly associate and got to work. I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted and drove away happy. This says alot coming from me. Back in 1994 I purchased a vehicle form Ricart and I was less than impressed with the experience and the product. I traded that truck in after only 24 mo. and vowed that I would never return. Great price, but takes for ever for them to get it approved.. and every thing is so behind the back you dont even know what happening.
