Buying a Tucson Johnny was very friendly when I arrived at Ricart. Later on I found out he had went to school with my granddaughter. We negotiated a deal over a few w Johnny was very friendly when I arrived at Ricart. Later on I found out he had went to school with my granddaughter. We negotiated a deal over a few week period, and they beat out the competition's best offer. On the day we decided to come in and finalize the deal Johnny was out of town, but let me know if I decided to come in to contact Dereck and he would take good care of me. Dereck did a wonderful job helping me out and was very thorough in showing me all the features of the car, and the service area. Dereck helped set up my phone and went over the warranty information. Dereck and Johnny both contacted me after the sale to see if I needed anything. The financing manager was very polite and helpful when discussing pricing, and wasn't too pushy. We were in the process of buying a home and needed to wait on several things before purchasing the suv, and he was very understanding and made the comment on how it was very important to him that we felt comfortable with our purchase and didn't want to rush us. This is uncommon for a car salesman! Overall, I love the SUV and will be dealing with Ricart in the future. I also love the free car washes! More

He was very patient and kind in answering so many questions and trying so many different automobiles. I am in my 70`s and have not bought a car since my 2000 Pontiac, so all of the new aspects of a more current automobile were completely foreign to me. Some of my decision making had to be frustrating, but he never waivered in his patience and kindness. He answered everything that I had doubts about and was very thorough in showing me every aspect of the Hyundai Elantra that I finally decided upon. More
