The first thing I look for in a salesperson (all mine have been men) is how they treat me. Although my husband accompanied me that evening, not a single staff member looked to him to ask questions, and that has happened to me several times in the past. And I hate it. Service can't repair wind noise I have experienced annoying wind noise since the day driving home a brand new 2017 car home. it only happens at +65mph, the test drive was 55mph. Afte I have experienced annoying wind noise since the day driving home a brand new 2017 car home. it only happens at +65mph, the test drive was 55mph. After two visits and a few days in the service shop, the most they did was stick a piece of foam into where the mirror touches the door frame, it looks like crap, and did not effect the whistling noise at all. I`ll be going to a different shop hoping for more competent repairs. For the record, I blame Hyundai just as much, this is a known Elantra mirror issue found widely on the internet for years, that should have been corrected before I ever bought the car. I won't "Deal" with either company again. I rated the Friendliness very high, because no matter how bad your experience is, I must admit they just keep on smiling. More
