He was very knowledgeable and worked with our very demanding list of requirements. My favorite part of this deal was that I never felt pressured into making a deal that very moment. Will definitely recommend this dealership to friends. Edit: upon returning to the dealer to pick up my plates I am being charged an addition $85 for registration because it’s an “estimation” on their end. So if you overestimated do I get refund? Don’t think so it’s because I was put into a 39 month lease not a 36 like agreed upon and after waiting 3 hours to be seen in finance I didnt think the 3 months would matter but apparently it did. Just a heads up. Make sure you get what was agreed upon.... seriously not happy. More

Buying a 2019 Optima In 2016 I purchased a new Kia Optima. The management at the time was deceitful, lacking in personal demeanor and rude. Due to the locality of the dealership and our need for a car to replace one totaled in an accident, we had to go through with the sale even though we were cheated out of the so called $5,000.00 bonus. With the many friends that we have locally, we spread the word about their cheating and crude behavior. We subsequently received a flyer from the same Kia dealership which was now under supposedly new management. This time we came in armed to the teeth to prevent being cheated again. WOW! Where we blown out of the water! Not only new management, but the manager, Vlad Frenkel, upon hearing of our past terrible experience did an incredible job of working with us to overcome this bad experience, arriving at a great trade in deal and buying a new 2019 Top Rated Kia Optima. He was as honest as can be and very personable as well as are the sales people under him and the service people as well. This is already being spread out to the community. Buying a car? Go there.
