Overall my experience with Raceway Kia was excellent I really felt very comfortable working with each of the staff members for this lease deal. Korey was the primary salesperson and was knowledgeable, f I really felt very comfortable working with each of the staff members for this lease deal. Korey was the primary salesperson and was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful with our questions regarding the car. Certainly there were a lot of discussions relating to the price but we all worked hard to find a price where both parties could be comfortable and the numbers worked out in the end. The Finance dept was also very friendly and easy to work with to settle that portion of the purchase The only negative I would have regarding this experience was the dealerships apparent policy that their initial offer will be a ridiculous overpriced amount. Two of the salespeople I spoke to indicated that they do this to be fair to all customers. Given that I have leased and purchased cars from other dealers the price they gave gave me the strong impression that they were not interested in making a deal and I almost left at that point. We were fortuantely able though to quickly get through that point and eventually come to a fair price. More
