My vehicle had only 32,000 miles and with a 2019 new vehicle purchase. I was informed over the phone that I needed a full set of tires. It was surprising and unbelievable to me that this was occurring in such a early time of my new purchased vehicle. Then to learn not just from your manager but from numerous customer complaints online that this experience has happened enough for you to make a serious change with your tire selection for your fleet of new vehicles. However you choose to scam and con your customers into purchasing a new full set of high quality “Yokohama” tires within the first two years of their vehicle purchase. I wasted money getting low tread tires rotated with only having to purchase a full set of new tires this coming Sunday. Therefore I’m not only dissatisfied but I’m also disgusted with your business practices. More
