Having bought nine cars over the past 50 years, my experience with Rafferty Subaru was the best of all automobile dealers I have dealt with. My sales associate was Mike Smith, who assisted me making a experience with Rafferty Subaru was the best of all automobile dealers I have dealt with. My sales associate was Mike Smith, who assisted me making a selection (I chose an Outback) which he did without pressure or any of the negative characteristics usually associated with automobile sales people. I know a fair amount about cars, having once owned a Porsche 911 which I purchased up the road from you and raced in amateur events at Watkins Glen. Mike addressed all my concerns with grace and courtesy and there were many. He was very Knowledgeable and positive about the Outback and now that I have driven it for awhile, I have found that all his opinions have rung true. It's a great car, fun to drive and more comfortable than my Porsche. Having started off on the right foot, it is my intention to have all maintenance and repair work performed at Rafferty Subaru. More

Service called wrong number to tell me car was done! Could not get car back that day cause there was nobody there after 5 so I could pay online! I commuted nearly an hour for 10am appointment- car not looked at till 3pm. 0 communication of delay. They tell me they can’t fix it till next day at 4:30pm and it will cost 3x what they originally told me looked at till 3pm. 0 communication of delay. They offer me $60 off for my inconvenience (after tripling the price). Finally they gives me my car back to drive home at 5pm warning me it’s now more dangerous to drive than when I came in cause they didn’t finish the repair. Next day I have to wake up and commute back again Nearly an hour, and take another day off work to wait for repair. They offered a 10% discount for my inconvenience but the assistant manager Dan had horrible customer service, basically grinned in my face and asked “well what did you expect?”. I doubt he would speak to your average west Chester customer this way but because I’m young and lower income the same professionalism / customer service clearly didn’t apply. I’d always heard what an amazing dealership this was. I was disappointed. More
