I had to take my 2009 Forester in because of a recalled air bag issue. Service was very professional. Rafferty provided me with a free loaner and washed my car after the work was done. We purchased our fourth Subaru from Rafferty in July. I can remember sitting their with my first born baby buying our first forester. Super responsive and professional but had a great sense of humor which made us feel like actual people and not just a 'sale' I appreciated how I texted her with a million little questions and she got back to me right away, every time.Buying a car with her was actually fun. From the minute we walked in the door everyone was friendly and ready to help. Larry was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond showing my daughter all the features of the Impreza she eventuall friendly and ready to help.
