Hard to negotiate in and out of service bays, as there are so many cars packed around the entrance/exit. Some of the car jockeys are just plain rude. Great set up with the drive thru service. Service department was very friendly and professional. Not sure the problem was totally fixed. I was in for work covered under warranty. It was done satisfactorily. The loaner car was very helpful. Upon returning to the service area I observed a woman in front of me being given a hard time about s satisfactorily. The loaner car was very helpful. Upon returning to the service area I observed a woman in front of me being given a hard time about servicing her car in a timely fashion because she worked in a hospital. She was told by an employee (middle aged female, short with Phillies face mask) that since she was a healthcare worker it was "company policy"that the car sit for 24 hours before they would work on it for employee safety. I am a nurse practitioner and no one told me this policy when scheduling my appt or dropping off my car. Coincidentally there was a woman behind me who was a nurse and was not told this. . If true, this discriminatory as hospital workers are probably less likely to spread COVID since we know how to ptotect ourselves. Many if us do not work anywhere near COVID patients. Other members of society are likely more at risk due to lifestyle choices. I certainly hope this is not your policy. I would be interested to hear back a clarification of any policy like this that you may have. More
