Inspection and emissions process was completed quickly, but there were a few obvious deficiencies that were missed. For example my rear wiper blade was falling off the wiper and they didn’t offer to repla but there were a few obvious deficiencies that were missed. I had to take my 2009 Forester in because of a recalled air bag issue. Service was very professional. Rafferty provided me with a free loaner and washed my car after the work was done. I stopped in for express service due to my tires not holding air pressure. The express service department got me in quickly, pulled the nail I didn’t know I had in my tire, checked all the tires for cor holding air pressure. I recommended the service department to a customer who was shopping for a new car and asked me how the service department was at this dealership. More

I have always had a reat experience bringing my vehicle here for service. Always quick, efficient and knowledgeable. Doug Rider was awesome on my last visit. I needed an inspection and thought I needed rear brakes. When they told me my car was ready for pick up, they let me know they did the inspection, but did not replace the brakes as it was not needed. Nice to know there's a place you can go for honest service. They could have easily done the brakes to bring in extra $$ like some other places might do, but they didn't. Which means a lot, especially now when many people don't have extra $$. I highly recommend bringing your Subaru here. More

This was my first car buying myself after college. Both marty and everyone else that helped were so friendly and really made an effort to find my perfect match.
