Oil change gone wrong I brought my car in for the 6000/6 month oil change and a state inspection. Turns out that the technician forgot to put new oil in. When we called the service center, they never returned the call. We called again and were told that the service center was 'busy'. We bought oil and it seems okay. This experience does not give us much confidence. More

Personal Touch I made an appointment to have my car inspected. I was offered a loaner car to use while my car was being inspected. When I arrived, I was given paperw I made an appointment to have my car inspected. I was offered a loaner car to use while my car was being inspected. When I arrived, I was given paperwork for the work to be done; To my surprise and delight, the loaner I was given was a current Outback! Quite an upgrade from my car!! The employees at Rafferty Subaru were very courteous and professional. The facility is clean and comfy. More

Good - with reservations. I came to the service center at 7:20 AM on July 5th. I had had a flat tire on July 4th, so I did not have a lot of choice about the time that I came. I came to the service center at 7:20 AM on July 5th. I had had a flat tire on July 4th, so I did not have a lot of choice about the time that I came. It was, unfortunately, very busy in the Express Service, even at that early hour. I was finished at 10:30. I appreciated the fact that the service representative (Courtney)worked with my tire insurance policy to get me coverage for the new tire that I needed. What I wished were better was the communication about how long my service would take and what was being done. I was in the waiting area for 2.5 hours without any feedback on my problem. Only when I went to the service desk did i hear what was being done and what the problem was. After that, it only took another half hour for the repair to be finished, but I had at that point watched the whole waiting room empty out twice while I sat there. No fun. I'm sure that it was the nature of a holiday weekend, but I didn't have the luxury of choosing my time. Thank you. More

Just frustrating and service guy apologized, but they probably should have done more. Used up 3 AAA calls for this brand new Ascent. Very disappointing. Oh yeah -should be happy since all the extra service was free. Cost me in personal time. More
